Estimates & Scope of Work All estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection Hidden damage or unforeseen conditions may require additional work and cost Final scope of work may be adjusted as conditions are uncovered We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes before proceeding.


4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined prior to the start of work A deposit may be required before services begin Full or partial payment may be due upon completion or as agreed Failure to make payments may result in: Suspension of work Additional fees Collection efforts or legal action


5. Customer Responsibilities The customer agrees to: Provide safe and reasonable access to the property Disclose known issues or hazards Ensure utilities (power, water) are available if required Remove or protect personal belongings unless otherwise agreed Asheville Moisture Control is not responsible for items not removed or secured.


6. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: Asheville Moisture Control is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues outside the agreed scope We do not guarantee complete removal of all contaminants where conditions are ongoing or uncontrolled We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or factors beyond our control Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.


7. No Guarantee of Insurance Coverage We do not guarantee that any service will be covered by insurance Customers are responsible for all costs not covered by their insurance provider


8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and incurred costs


9.
